Hi, I’m Hadi Inja — a strategic product marketing leader, startup founder, and unapologetically weird tech and adventure nerd who’s spent the last decade helping software products grow and thrive.

I've been to over 50 countries already, and I'm not planning on slowing down anytime soon. Travel, reading, experience-hunting, pushing myself to new limits, and expanding my horizons is why I wake up in the morning.

From Microsoft HQ in Seattle to AI startup rocketships in New York and San Francisco, I’ve played the PMM game across just about every stage — seed to Series C, enterprise to PLG, deep tech to DTC. I’ve built go-to-market engines from scratch. I’ve written pitch decks in Ubers. I’ve helped Fortune 500s and fresh founders alike tell their product stories, find their edge, and (most importantly) land their first 100… then 10,000 customers.

I’m also the co-founder of a cheeky little startup called GrowNinja AI — a stealth-mode platform for solopreneurs that I can’t talk about…yet. (But if your mom’s an esthetician who sells out via DMs, this might be for her!)

Before all this?

I studied Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at the American University of Beirut. I grew up in Lebanon, and eventually moved to the US to grow my career. I consider myself a global citizen of the suitcase nowadays.

Why “Zero to GTM”?

Because there’s no adrenaline quite like the early stage. The messy, scrappy, oh-god-are-we-sure-this-works phase where positioning is spaghetti, ICP is “everyone,” and GTM is a guess. This blog is where I unpack the chaos and share real stories, battle-tested frameworks, and spicy opinions from the trenches of tech marketing.
